In this paper, we propose an architecture for creating Intelligent Traffic Control System. The vehicle works in two modes mainly normal and emergency mode. Here Image processing technique is used to sense the traffic density of every junction and release the heavy road frequently. The system will detect vehicles, through image instead of using electronic sensors.
