Integrated Flyback Converter with MPPT Control for Photovoltaic Applications
Keywords:
Single switch, High step-up BBIF DC-DC Converter, MPPT controllerAbstract
This study consists of the analysis and modeling of a MPPT controlled flyback integrated converter for a Photovoltaic system. Here MPPT is used to maximize power withdrawal under all certain conditions such as when the solar radiation is less. Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) introduce in photovoltaic system also tracks the regularly fluctuating maximum power point. Buck-Boost flyback integrated converter is used as a DC-DC converter in the proposed system. This converter combines two buck-boost converter and one flyback converter into a single-stage structure with single power switch. This converter can boost up the supply voltage to a higher level that can be applied for the grid- tied application.
