Comparative Parallel Computational Performance Study Using OpenMP
Abstract
ABSTRACT
A brief comparative parallel performance analysis of a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code is presented. The performance result for the full three-dimensional (3D) CFD code is compared with its reduced two-dimensional (2D) version of the code for up to four processors. The performance gain obtained here is encouraging.
