Intelligent Public Transport System (IPTS) for Indian Smart Cities

This paper highlights some of the novel features of transport system which can really enhance the travel experience. Apart from conventional features like Public Announcements & Display, many other innovative features like Announcement through RFID, Accident Avoidance System, Ticket Destroyer, Pollution Under Control (PUC) System, Automatic Passenger Counter (APC), and Public Safety features are incorporated in the proposed model of Intelligent Public Transport System (IPTS).
