Boya Kumar, Praveen B. Hulloli

Abstract

This article work attempts to evaluate the IEEE publications field of computer science in India with others’ collaboration based on research indexed in the Web of Science (WoS) online database for 12-years during the period from 2010 to 2021. A total of Indian 63,793 research publication, and 1,83,803 citations with 108 h-index were received. Of which, a maximum of 9,708 (15.22%) with 26,122 (14.21%) citations received research publications are contributed to the year 2015. The maximum number of 2,268 (3.560%) papers were produced with 18,162 (9.88%) citations from USA; USA country’s contribution was total papers 613 (0.96%) with 6,893 citations, and United Kingdom with 547 (0.86%) with 4,532 citations. It was identified that India with more than 112 countries collaborated on papers published and 7 countries non cited papers publications. India collaborated with USA, China, United Kingdom, and Australia on most published highly cited articles.
