Abstract


Bitcoin has ended up being the most proficient cryptocurrency ever. Precluding the impedance of any third party which monitors the cash flow, Bitcoin is a blockchain technology based decentralized form of online currency which has come into wide acceptance for all internet transactions across the world. Hence, a literature review is conducted to understand the technical know-how of the working of the blockchain for a financial application such as the bitcoin.
